2155 McNicoll Ave.
(east of Kennedy, south of Steeles)

On January 15, 2010 the Amadeus Choir, one of Canada's most widely acclaimed choirs, directed by Dr. Lydia
Adams, will celebrate its 35th Anniversary by hosting a fund-raising gala dinner dance at the renowned Grand Baccus Banquet Hall in Scarborough, the city in which
Amadeus Choir has its roots. We are thrilled to have celebrity emcee
Alexa Petrenko from Classical 96.3 FM as guest host for the evening.
Don't miss this unique opportunity to indulge in a sumptuous 4-course meal (3 entrées to choose from), prepared by culinary chef Lawrence Mitchell, followed by dancing to tunes of the 17-piece Don Bowes Big Band, featuring vocalist Sharon Smith.
So you think you can't dance? Learn a few basic dance steps from professional ballroom dancers Colleen Clancey and Dieter Hessel from
Dance Café who will be there to enhance your enjoyment by both demonstrating their talent and offering some on-the-spot instruction before the dancing begins.
Also included in the price of admission will be wine, a chocolate fountain, door prizes, dance instruction and other surprises.
So be sure to board the "A" train where you can support the
Amadeus choir by joining its members and friends on January 15 for an evening of fabulous food and entertainment - an
Adventure you'll never forget!
Tickets are $100 each or a table of 10 for $900. For more information or to order tickets, please call the choir office at 416-446-0188 or email
